Richard Steinberg, MD
Richard Steinberg, MD, grew up in the New York City suburbs. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College in 1965. After receiving his MD degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY), he did his internship and residency in pediatrics at the Montreal Children’s Hospital in Canada. He became board certified in pediatrics in 1975. Dr. Steinberg has practiced in Woodburn for his entire career, two years with the migrant health clinic and, since 1975, in private practice.
Saritha Seru, MD
Dr. Saritha Seru grew up in Visakhapatnam, India. She completed her medical school from Andhra Medical College, before she moved to the United States in 2004. She completed one year of research at the Oregon Health & Science University, OR. She did her pediatric residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center, PA. While pursuing residency, she had the opportunity to work in The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Elena Kormaskova, MD
Dr. Elena Kormaskova grew up in St. Peterburg, Russia. She earned her medical degree and practiced OB/GYN and cared for newborns and infants. In 2009, she continued her education at Newark Beth Isreal Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. She joined our clinic July of 2012.
Dr. Kormaskova is married and has two children and has moved to the country. Her other interest include fishing, hiking, and camping with her family.
Robert Winchell, MD, MPA
Dr. Robert Winchell grew up on the west coast of Florida. He obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree at the University of Florida and a Master’s of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. After obtaining his Master’s degree, he attended St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. He continued his education at the University of Toledo where he completed his residency in pediatrics. Dr. Rob joined our practice in August, 2015.
Dr. Rob enjoys spending his free time with his wife, 2 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats. The adventures he enjoys with his family are spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing and watching college football (Florida Gators).
Li Chang, FNP
Li grew up in Taiwan. She received her nursing degree there in 1980. She earned a master’s degree in Adult Health Nursing from California State University (Chico) in 1986. After working in various areas of nursing, including medical, surgical, burn units, emergency rooms, and critical care units, she made her decision to specialize as a trauma and critical care nurse at OHSU. She is also on the nursing faculty at the University of Portland.
Miriam Habafy was born and raised in Morocco. She moved to the United States at the age of 18 to study in New Hampshire and graduated in 1991. She received her Physician Assistant Master’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta in 1997.
Nancy Feltner, PMHNP
Nancy Feltner was born in Detroit Michigan, and has had the wonderful experience of living in Alaska, California, Missouri and Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and moved to Oregon where she worked with a pediatric practice dealing with children who are experiencing difficulties in school and home life. She obtained a Master’s in Nursing Education, and currently teaches mental health to nursing students at Concordia University. Wanting to return to pediatric practice, she returned to Arizona State University to obtain a Master’s in Family and Child Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Currently she is working on her Doctor in Nursing Practice, with the emphasis on population medicine.
Nancy is the parent of two adult children who have had many of the same issues the children have in our practice. She enjoys her time with them, going to the beach, farmer’s markets and exploring the State of Oregon.
