Welcome to Woodburn Pediatric Clinic
We are so glad you have chosen the staff of Woodburn Pediatric Clinic to partner with you and your family as we work together through your child’s growth and development.
Preparing for your visit
Many children become nervous or anxious when it’s time to visit the doctor. They are afraid that their parents might leave them alone with the doctor, that the doctor will hurt them, or simply of the unknown. Encourage your child to express their fears. Discuss the purpose of the visit and tell your child what to expect. This will help make the visit a positive experience.
Always schedule a visit as soon as you know your child needs to see a doctor. Your child needs regular check-ups and physical examinations, so always schedule these appointments well in advance. If your child is sick, same day appointments are always available. We are better able to accommodate a same day appointment if you call as soon as you can in the morning.
For your first visit, plan on arriving about 15 minutes early to complete a health history form.
Insurance
Woodburn Pediatric Clinic will directly bill your insurance claims to most insurance companies. Patient balances are due within 30 days from the date shown on your statement.
