Marguerite “Mopsy” Ballard, PA-C, nació en Berlín, Alemania, y creció en Washington, D.C. Se graduó de la Universidad Duke en 1975, y recibió su título PA en la Escuela Médica de la Universidad de Oklahoma en 1980. Se certificó por la Comisión Nacional en la Certificación de Asistentes Médicos. Tiene además un entrenamiento especializado en el área de abuso infantil. Habla español con fluidez.
